Synching Your Apple or Android Phone
If you’re looking to sync your phone with your new or pre-owned Audi, you must turn on your phone’s Bluetooth first. Here are step-by-step instructions on synching your phone.
- Activate Bluetooth on your phone
- Turn your vehicle on, and put it in Park
- On the infotainment system, press Phone > Connect Mobile Device. The system will begin searching for your device
- Select your device from the touchscreen. A PIN will appear on the screen and on your phone. Ensure the PIN matches on both devices
- Hit confirm on all messages that appear on your phone. For iPhones, a prompt will appear asking to enable Wireless Car Play. Do Not click Not Now as this will disable Bluetooth connection.
- Your mobile is now paired. When your Audi is on, your phone will automatically be connected to your car while Bluetooth is enabled
