There are mechanical upgrades such as a specially tuned rear differential, an adjustable coilover suspension, and stiffer anti-roll bars. There are even six cabin finishes: Arkona White, Nardo Gray, Chronos Gray Metallic, Madeira Brown Metallic, and Mythos Black Metallic.
Propelling the RS6 Avant is a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 that outputs 621 horsepower and 627 lbs.-feet of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive are available. A 48-volt hybrid system is also installed for better fuel efficiency.
